Support for Targets of Workplace Bullying and/or Harassment in East Anglia

About Us
This is a new support network and was founded in December 2004 by people who had experienced bullying and/or harassment at work in the East-Anglian region. We have all been victors in our personal fights against bullying and/or harassment and we share our experiences to help others recover from the effects of Bullying and Harassment.

We:

  • provide practical help and advice on how to deal with the issues that arise when you are being bullied and/or harassed;
  • simply listen to you if you want to talk with people who understand how you feel;

and therefore to cut down the feeling of isolation that most people suffer when they are being bullied and/or harassed.

Who do we support?

Support is primarily provided for those who believe they have been, or are being bullied and/or harassed at work. However, we may also be able to help partners, relatives and friends who are concerned about an individual they think is being bullied and/or harassed.

How is support provided?

Support is provided by phone, email and/or by meeting individuals on a one-to-one basis in a safe environment. All contact with us will be kept totally confidential.

To contact us please email: support@supportyou.org or send a message with this webform

Please provide us with your name (first name is fine if you are concerned about confidentiality) and a method of contacting you (eg phone number or personal email) which you feel will be private and secure. If you do not have a private email address, you could set up a free, anonymous account e.g. with hotmail.com. We will contact you as soon as we can and we will be very discreet.

Will contacting us make a difference?

"I am so glad that I contacted you, because I probably would have not got around to fighting the bullying if I had not known about your similar experiences. It has given me a big boost, so thank you so much."
